The filtered messages are collected in the junk folder in messages. So you will not receive notifications about unwanted messages.

Someone asked to me on twitter as can you read my messages as developer?
Thats why I felt the need to add it here as well; This is not possible. Apple does not allow any kind of data retrieval.
